Cosmetology Program

• Submit an enrollment and financial application for admission.
• Submit Birth Certificate, Birth Card, or Driver’s License
• Submit copy of High School Diploma or GED
• Take the Wonderlic Test ($15.00 fee required)
• A minimum score of 10th grade level is required

Students achieving minimum passing scores on the Wonderlic Test will be scheduled for an interview with the Director of Admissions to review program curriculums.

Upon acceptance into the chosen Program of Study, the student will be required to submit the following documentation:

• $10 enrollment fee (Submitted to the State Board)
• Submit 2 headshot photographs (1 Submitted to the State Board)
• Make financial arrangements and/or apply for funding from the various sources available through Compass Career College if student qualifies.
• Submit Immunization Record including the following:
• Tetanus shot
• TB Skin Test
• Hepatitis vaccine series with titer to indicate adequate vaccine received.

Compass Career College will accept transfer credits from various colleges. The Director of Education will review official transcripts with the transferring school’s stamp imprinted on the documents. Faxed documentation will be reviewed, but may be declined if sending source cannot be verified.

 Length of Course       1500 Clock Hours       12 Months – Full Time

All classes are Monday - Friday 9:00 - 4:00
