High school diploma or GED is required
Composite score of 7.0 on the TABE-WF Test
Medical Assistant/Medical Billing and Coding/Phlebotomy Technician
High school diploma or GED required
Health care background helpful
Composite score of 11.0 on the TABE-WF Test
Admission Procedure
You will fill out an enrollment application. Please bring photo identification and your high school diploma and or your general equivalency diploma. Bring any academic transcripts you may have, which will be evaluated for transfer credits. If you have previously earned certifications other than your high school diploma please bring these with you. Begin to research your immunization records. Immunization records will be required prior to class start. At this point you can take the admission exam.
- Submit an enrollment application for admission.
- Submit copy of photo I.D. (i.e., driver’s license.)
- Social Security Card
- Submit copy of high school diploma or GED.
- Submit copy of academic transcripts to be evaluated for credit.
- Submit copy of current certifications earned.
- Take the TABE-WF admission test.
- Make arrangements to pay tuition.
- Submit shot records prior to class start.
